The project is a
3500sqft head office for Jubilant FoodWorks Limited. Jubilant FoodWorks Limited
(JFL/Company) is part of the Jubilant Bhartia Group and is India's largest food
service Company. The Company holds the master franchise rights for three
international brands, Domino's Pizza, Dunkin' Donuts and Popeyes. Jubilant is a company that fully supports its
employees by ensuring an inspiring work environment. After the Pandemic it’s been
really hard for people to subsist in the regular office environment. Therefore,
the challenge was to create an office environment that energized and supports
the employees psychologically that they wanted to be the working pace with an
inspired mindset.
In an office
setting where employees typically put in eight to ten working hours a day,
maintaining proper ergonomics is crucial. We made an effort to include a
workplace that is compassionate to its employees and doesn't cause them any
physical inconvenience. The design is generous to use and smooth in its
operations. The Project is humble at the same time vibrant. Subsequently, we kept the office base tone in
white and the revelations are in vibrant colours to upswing the mood. There is
a breakout Space with motivating quotes in the workstation area which fragments
the monotony of work. The small informal meeting pods are incorporated for
small internal meetings that also in a vibrant tone and the conference remains
in white to keep it formal. Blue, Green and Red are the colours which are inspired
by the company logo and bring a refreshed work environment.
